Harmony HUB 800 Installation and Configuration Course​​​​​

  • 3-day course targeted at 2nd level technical staff responsible for network operation and management, and troubleshooting Harmony Hub 800 microwave networks and resolving network issues.
  • Maximum capacity of 10 students.
  • Prerequisites:
    • Working knowledge on Harmony Radio and strong foundation in Hubs
    • Solid understanding of Harmony Hub 800 systems and the interfaces used to configure them
    • Previous general installation and alignment knowledge with Harmony equipment or previous experience with management, observing and troubleshooting of Harmony equipment
    • Basic troubleshooting methods and diagnostic functions
  • Course content:
    • Overview of Hub 800 equipment
    • Provide solid understanding of advanced features:
      • Quality of Service (QoS)
      • VLAN configuration
      • Backup and restore
      • Service creation
      • Upgrade and downgrade
      • Performance monitoring
    • Use of troubleshooting tools to identify errors
    • Different troubleshooting methods for Harmony Hub 800 equipment
  • Includes hands-on if supplied with testbed connection.
